We hope to see you at our first quarterly Volunteer Pot Luck Supper, on January 23^rd Thursday from 6-8pm at the Allen’s Neck Meeting House  739 Horseneck Road, Dartmouth MA.

Please bring a frind or relative who might consider volunteering.  Please bring whatever you’d like to eat to share on the Pot Luck table, and there will be light background music for entertainment.

After dinner, we’ll be distributing hard copies of the current Volunteer Handbook, and Andy will lead a short review of the contents  since many of us haven't reviewed the handbook for a while, including:

• How to navigate the website, how to report non- service request Volunteer/committee work hours, etc.
• Some general Do's and Don't of interacting with Service Members
• General "refresher" of best practices for Volunteers

We'll also discuss suggestions for new types of Events and Activities which might interest both volunteers and Service Members.

There will also be an open forum with a short Question and Answer period.

There will be a registration table to update your volunteer preferences, get a photo taken for a badge if you have not yet received one, provide updated insurance and drivers license information.  Please also complete the Events Survey if you have not already done so.

This is great opportunity for Volunteers to ask questions, and for those who never received the Handbook nor training, it will surely be beneficial.
