THE 27^th SEASON OF CONCERTS AT THE POINT

 Concerts at the Point is pleased to announce the final concert in its 27^th Annual Concert Series.

 This season’s concerts will be held, once again, at the Westport Point United Methodist Church, located at 1912 Main Road, Westport Point, Massachusetts. The building is handicapped accessible, with room for social distancing. Street parking is abundant.

 BOYD MEETS GIRL, Sunday, April 14, 2024, 3PM

 Boyd Meets Girl pairs Australian classical guitarist Rupert Boyd with American cellist Laura Metcalf. The duo has toured the world sharing their eclectic mix of music from Debussy and Bach to Radiohead and Beyoncé, and their two studio albums have been streamed well over three million times on Spotify alone. 

Both acclaimed soloists in their own right, Boyd has been described as “truly evocative” by the Washington Post, and as "a player who deserves to be heard" by Classical Guitar Magazine. Metcalf, who has also toured as a member of the popular chamber ensembles Eighth Blackbird, Break of Reality, and Sybarite5, has been called "brilliant" by Gramophone.

Concerts at the Point is a non-profit corporation, run by volunteers and supported by generous contributions from foundations, businesses, and individual donors.
