Feb 15^th | Barbara Canuel, RD

Discuss nutrition (strategies for dining out) and hydration concerns.  Ideas about how, when and what to eat.

Feb 22^nd | Maria Pine, PTA

Physical therapy assistant will discuss & demonstrate activity, energy conservation, breathing exercises.
